Ulster Bank tracker mortgage, no reduction in Jan,Dec payments following Nov ecb rate

We've a tracker with Ulster Bank, and I've got no notice of a reduced payment following the last ecb rate cut in November, they took the same payments from us in Dec and January.
I presume they're chancing their arm or something, going to use a "our computers are old" excuse. Has anyone else got any notice of a repayment reduction?

Got spun some confused line on the phone, so I've asked for a statement and notice of the gross /net repayment schedule too
