Claiming back USC

I'm a college student and recently I left a part time job where on an annual basis I was earning about €9500. Paid out about €300+ in USC and was just wondering if I could claim it back and if so how do I go about doing it? Also, can I claim it back from the working year of 2012? Or just 2013? Cheers!

Register for payeanytime and request a balancing statement for each year ... Might need to wait till feb for 2013

Same as what was mentioned above :) No need to wait to claim for 2013 either. I got mine last week :)
