AIB interview that includes SWOT analysis.

    Hi all, I have an interview with AIB soon in which a 5 minute SWOT analysis is needed on a company of my choosing. I was hoping someone that has done this type of interview before could shed some light on the matter? Thanks

    Do you know what a SWOT is and what it stands for?

    I did this exact interview. Just write a one page swot analysis and you present it. I did it sitting down, no ppt or anything. I chose Samsung as my company. Google for examples of swot analysis. Good luck.

    Ah great. Did they ask you any questions regarding it or was just a simple presentation?

    They didn't, which was odd. They were impressed with it, but didn't have questions.

    Did you type it out and make it presentable or was the page really just for your own reference?
    Did you find the rest of the interview handy enough. Just your typical competency interview questions?

    I typed it out, see Google for examples of swot. Have it learned well though. Present to their faces, not reading a page. Bring copies for them also.

    The rest was standard.
