Hey guys, I had an interview Thursday that I thought went pretty well. ( you know yourself)

Alot was said during the interview that assumed that I had gotten the job without actually saying you have gotten the job.

Anyway they said that they would let me know by Friday if I got the job. It's now Monday at 3.15 and I haven't heard anything yet. Do you think it's possible I could still get the job or that I was unsuccessful? Is it still early days?

Please guys any advice would be appreciated:)

Perhaps you should make a phone call?

Don't. Relax. You don't want to talk yourself out of a job.
Just chill. People are busy, they will get back to you. Call after 1 week maybe.

This could suggest you were unsuccessful. If the successful applicant was contacted by phone, they may inform the rest by post.

Only a guess mind you, best of luck either way :)

Give them until Thursday, then call them? Be friendly and just say that you were expecting feedback on Friday and haven't heard yet, not being forgotten, phone number hasn't been lost, etc.

There are many reasons why they may not have got back to you yet. A decision maker or someone else in the process could be out sick or on holiday, someone could have put the brakes on for their internal approval process. All you can do is call and ask for feedback.
