    Hi
Following a system restore on laptop Windows 8 I now find I have to reinstall all my apps.
When I try to install an app a warning comes up that I have no devices.
When I try to find info to find what I need to have 'devices' I get led around in a circle.
I need concise instructions to ease my way through this jungle of info
    Please help
    Kind regards
    Roger Dangerfield

I had to leave my Windows phone in for repair and of course it was wiped when I got it back. I just logged on to windowsphone.com where I had my phone synced and I was able to send my old apps to my phone. It worked brilliantly Now I know it's kind of the opposite situation to yours, but maybe Sky Drive has a record of your installed apps?
Did you back up to Sky Drive at any stage?
