no voucher from dealrush

    Hi,

    I recently bought a deal on dealrush.ie and still haven't received my voucher. It says on there website that voucher would be sent within 1hr of purchase. My account has been debited so starting to think Iv been scammed :(
    Iv checked my emails in all folders and no voucher :(
    Has anyone else ever purchased from this site and what was your experience with them?

    I've never had any issues with them, based on the few interactions I've had.

    First thing - have you checked your spam/junk mail folder?

    Secondly - Have you logged into your account on DealRush and checked if the voucher is waiting there?

    If neither of the two actions above work, then I'd recommend getting in touch with DealRush.

    Heya thanks for the reply.
    Iv checked spam/junk and nothing there. I looged into dealrush account and there's booking history and reference number?
    Have emailed dealrush 3 times already and no reply :(

    how about being patient and giving them a chance to respond so. They should be able to sort any problem fairly easily be patient.

    Vouchers: If you can't find your voucher please check your junk and spam mail folders!

Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.     Has it been 48 hours?
