Odd problem with F1000 - syncs at 50Mb, was 47Mb now 38Mb

Hi,

For the first 5 months after install my eFibre connection was running at a steady 47Mb/s (direct connection from Mac, using Speedtest to measure) but since October it's been steady at 38Mb/s. Lots of great support from Eircom but nobody can identify the reason. My line stats are below - anyone got an off-the-wall idea what might be wrong?
