    Hello everybody,

I can't find an answer clear enough to me from searching so I'm asking here:

Can you rent a commercial property and use it for something otherwise like a work studio or must you be a registered business to rent it?

    Thanks

Anyone can rent a commercial premises but there will be commercial rates to pay and possibly a full repairing and insuring lease to be signed. There may also be planning permission issues.
