    Hi,

My "70 mbps" efibre has historically delivered 30mbps.

However, since a few days the speed is 5/7 mbps.

    Can you investigate?

    Hi gzoladz

The recent drop in speeds may have had something got to do with the following: http://community.eircom.net/t5/Service-Updates-and/Resolved-Recent-undersea-cable-issues/td-p/56284

Unfortunately as your service is efibre the best advice I can offer is that if these slow speeds persist please contact eircom broadand technical support for assistance.

[font=Calibri","sans-serif]Technical support can be contacted on free phone 1901 (option 3 then 2 after entering your landline number) or 1890260260.
