I'd like to watch german fta channels. I know I will need 80 cm satellite dish. Are they any recommended LNBs and receivers which are reliable enough? Thank you!

Any standard dish, LNB and FTA sat receiver should get you the German FTA channels from 19 degs. east.

Have a look at the Humax (Germany) iCord range with twin or quad tuners - http://www.humax-digital.de/gm/

Any FTA receiver and a 60-80cm dish depending on your location, will facilitate your needs

paddy if its just 19.2, a 60cm skydish will suffice, however if you already have sky/28.2 upgrade to an 80cm dish and have the lnbs on the one dish.

Any hope of the double LNB (28.2 and 19.2) working on a 60cm dish?
    Completely unobstructed dish.

I've got exactly that setup working here on the east coast. I've got the 28.2 LNB as prime and the 19.2 one offset. The signal quality / strength isn't great but sufficient to not have breakups. It isn't essential to me so I haven't spent too long fettling with it to optimize it. I'm also using an LNB with a large dome which is actually touching the dome of the other one and restricting the possible range of movement a bit and I suspect if I swapped it for a slimline LNB I might be able to coax a bit more out of the setup, but as I say, it's non-critical to me so possibly not worth the bother.

I can't find the pic I posted before but a simple set up involves putting another lnb to the left of the existing one on a sky dish (as you look from behind the dish),I rigged one up to test it using tape & cable ties to hold it in place.Once the lnb is tight to the existing one you are pretty much on the ball.It works surprisingly well. The 2nd lnb was connected to a bog standard fta box.

I have both in a sky d60cm dish. ASTRA 2 is the prime lnb and astra 1 is attached to it. Quality for the Astra 1 is about 73% which is not bad (compared to astra 2 which is 78%).

I am in the east coast.
