    Hi Everyone,

My current employer delaying wages for more than a month at the moment and I absolutely unsure if he will make it to pay in any near future. And I'm literally running out of cash. I have had some savings but it is almost gone.

In this situation can I legally leave my current employment without giving 6 weeks notice as it required in the employment contract, e.g. as soon as I got some new job?

I'm one of the important engineers so if I leave that will might affect the company but I can't stay any longer as I receiving no payments and I need money soon to pay bills, buy food, etc.

    Thanks,
    John
