Mondeo Heater blower??

    2006 Mondeo 2.2 Diesel, 104K miles.

There is a squeaky noise coming from the car heating system. It occurs on any air setting and all speeds. It is coming from the front passenger area and I think it is a mechanical sound, grinding. With this, I think the heater blower motor is on the way out, probably the bearings.

    Do you think I'm right?
If so, are these bearings sealed or can grease be put on them. I can only imagine what Ford would charge for this motor if I need to replace.
