Intercountry adoption

Good evening

My husband and I are currently at the point of making our selection of country from where we would like to adopt a baby from. We are interested in Vietnam however, we are having a lot of difficulty in finding out what countries are
currently open to Irish couples who wish to adopt from abroad.
Would anyone know what countries are currently open to prospective adopters?

You should also talk to the IAA, International Adoption Association of Ireland, they can help you understand about the different countries..
