Trying to sign off online

I tried to do that amazing feeling thing of signing off online.

I used this link and picked my local office

It then sent me to a page saying "Jobseeker Online Statement Request Form"

I filled in the details but im now a bit worried I haven't actually signed off. Is that the correct way? I didn't need to give much information really

I got this for the Waterford office.

You can notify the Department that you wish to close your claim by completing this form.

Required fields are indicated with an *

Invalid fields are outlined in red.

you just call your local office and tell them your closing your claim and then give your pps number.

Thanks guys. Oops I thought I had closed it already. Hopefully nothing happens. I didn't go collect any money anyway so it should be ok id say

I works most of the time,it is no harm to write to your local office as well,keep a copy of the letter and get proof of postage.
