wheel size with duals ?

looking for advice on wheel size .was going to put a set of 700/55/r34 wheels on fiat 90/90 but want to run with duals ... will this profile mate up with 16.9xr34 . the wheels are oversized and i dont want to end up with duals running higher on outside .. duals have about 20/25 % tread
