For sale, for short action remington 700. Bottom metal with aics 5 shot magazine. Both brand new, never fitted. The bottom metal cost me €130, the magazine €80. Selling for €170 including postage. Fair price I think.

But while it takes aics magazines which are double stack, the bottom metal needs to be Inletted into your stock. It's not a drop in fit. The magazine is wider than the internal box magazine.

Will that fit a left handed .223 remmy action......is the .223 and .204 not a smaller action than the .243,.308 family or am i mistaken.....the mag says .308 so will it push .223...will the walls not be too far apart and the top opening too wide....
i am interested but only if it suits

    regards

It will fit your left handed rifle the same as a right handed rifle. But yes you are right there are different mags for .223

If you just want to buy the bottom metal that's fine, I'm sure I'll be able to sell the mag separate.
