Condensation on double glazes windows

    Hi all.
I have 2 windows on which condensation is a problem.
First is a bedroom double glazed window south facing. Condensation covers the whole window and mould forms on the internal reveille. Room is vented and every morning in cold weather condensation is excessive. Its that bad that if i open the 2 windows it can take up to 3 hours to clear.

Second is a north facing patio door. Condensation is not obvious here but pool of moisture at bottom of door every morning is. This room has 2 radiators and a stove in it.

House is about 15 years old.
Any advice on how to cure would be greatly appreciated.

We have a similar situation , my wife has to wipe down the windows every morning or mould would probably start to grow. We got double glazed windows on the side of the house last year where the babys bedroom is and there is never any condensation. Those windows have a U value of 1.1
When we have the money the bedroom windows are getting replaced too.
