Maersk Sets

Anyone ever bought one of the Maersk official Lego sets? I know they probably fall into the same category as the Architecture range in that they wouldn't make the best "toys" as such. I'm also not sure how much fun they'd be to build with tens (if not hundreds!?) of identical containers on board, but I still really like the look of them. Had come across the Triple-E while random wikipedia-ing one day and was impressed by the scale of them, and not they have a Lego model of it.

I read somewhere they're sold out but Lego shop has it listed as coming back in March. € 130 and 1,519 pieces.

Could be wrong, but I think that is the new version rather than a re-release on an older set.

Yeah it's defo a brand new version, although they've done two smaller ships in the past (10152 & 10155) in addition to a few trucks (70s, 80s, 90s) and a train recently enough. The part about the sell-out of the new version was actually a US website. Maersk announced on Twitter that it was sold out. But the Irish Lego shop website suggests it hasn't been available at all yet!

100% still available in the US - I was in a Lego store in Baltimore last night and they had loads of them.
