Places that will swap a Samsung Galaxy S4 front housing

Just a quick question, Is there any place in Dublin that would swap out the front housing of an S4 for me? I could buy it online or they could supply the parts but I don't have the technological know-how or confidence to dissassemble and reassemble the phone myself. Just a quick question,

The reason why I'm asking is I'll be selling it soon and the silver band around the side of the phone is chipped and I figured I'd get a better resale value this way. It's not been the most durable phone!

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate them!
