    Hi there,

Can someone tell me why one brake pad on my back wheel is slighty on tyre and I can't move it lower as I can't adjust it any lower than what it is at.

What can I do to fix this ?

    Thanks

Is the wheel sitting properly on the dropouts? Is the brake centered on the wheel?

Brake is centered. Wheel seems fine on dropouts.

Is it worn down too much?

Maybe the frame is designed for mudguards and you need to get a "long reach" caliper ?

Trim a bit off the upper edge of the pad or you'll wear through the tire in no time.

Fixed the problem lads after few hours. My wheel wasnt on correctly. My fault for not seeing it sooner. One of the springs on the skewer was turned wrong way around and when i discovered it and changed it around the wheel popped in correctly. I had the cable disconnected off the calliper and i even took the calliper off bike. Reassembled everything, fine tuned brakes and pads and its now working the way it should be.
