1.5-2tb 2.5" SATA 3 internal hard disk availablity?

    Does anyone know when we are likely to see 1.5-2tb 2.5" SATA 3 internal hard disks widely available from amazon.co.uk etc? It seems 1tb is available everywhere but anything bigger in 2.5" is VERY difficult to source:( It's almost as if manufacturers are either holding back to clear their stock of 1tb drives or they have stalled in their development of drives bigger than 1.5tb. Anyone got some insider information on this please:D
