versaworks printing

    Hi,

    I have versaworks and i'm tring to install a printer on an xp desktop. I also have it installed on a laptop running win7.

    Versaworks ver 2.4

    image 1 is the image that i get when i launch versaworks on the xp pc...

    I cannot choose from any usb ports here.

    the printer is installed and drivers and port settings are as win 7 laptop.

    image 2 is as per the win 7 laptop (what i should see in on the pc)

    i'm complete novice at vw but have a lot experience setting up printers, networks etc.

    Help much appreciated..
