Not sure. This may be a limited deal though.

Last time I purchased credit was through a US deal page similar to groupon. Needed credit the other day, went looking for a deal and found this!

I got an email back from them after buying 10$ credit, said i was under investigation for security 2 hours after the purchase was finalised. Another hour and they told me the whole order was cancelled. Checked paypal and I was refunded, no loss but annoying.
