I have been offered a Husqvarna 42 Special from an old friend and as per usual with him he never tells me what he wants for it until i offer him a value and then the negotiation starts, its a really clean saw, plenty compression and goes like the clappers, i was thinking in offering him €200, all opinions very welcome, thanks. :)

I was thinking of porting it to get it to scream a little bit more, i did a quick test earlier with a 13 inch bar on it and it is good, i prob am comparing it too much to the 242 but it does not appear to hold the rev like a 242 even though they are a very similar saw.
