    Hi All

I know this has been asked before but I am wondering what is a suitable hourly rate for a plumber who is working for a company? I have been with the company as a maintenance plumber for nearly three years and just wondering if anyone who is in the same situation as myself shed some light on what you would call a suitable wage.

    Cheers

I work as a plumber myself and there is no such thing as a min hourly rate, you are pretty much looking at minimum wage and upwards depending on qualifications, specific knowledge of specific work, time served post apprenticeship, time served with company, management role, danger level of job, unsocial hours etc etc. However if you are earning somewhere between E13 to E15 per hour then I consider that to be a very fair wage for your skills
