I've just discovered that my overtime hours have been caculated incorrectly dating back to 2010.
I got paid for all the hours but the payment was calculated at the at the wrong rate.
I've worked out that I've missed out on over 40 hours pay because of this.
Does anyone know if I'm still entitled to get paid for this ?

    Thanks.

I don't know if you're still entitled to get paid for it...

Talk to your manager about it. Be nice. Tell her you will send the details in an e-mail so she has them written down. Wait for her to investigate. Don't be a dick about it. Someone made a mistake and they will appreciate you being decent about it. It is unlikely the mistake was malicious. Wait to see how it gets resolved. If they agree to fix it, say thanks and let it go. If they won't give you the money due to some accounting procedure (which may be true btw) ask can you have time off in lieu or something else of a similar value.

Basically try to work it out nicely and reasonably if you plan to continue building your career there.
