Heifers or Bulls?

Is there much of a difference price wise between an AA heifer and bullock at time of sale say around 22 months. Bullock should be heavier I'm guessing but would the price be much the same age wise.
I know it kinda depends on the market climate as well ( I.e demand for bullocks or heifers at that precise moment in time)
I ask as I can't make up my mind on either to buy in replacement bull calves or heifer calves and unfortunately I can't really mix them

Seen an angus 22 month bull KO at 400kg dw, don't think a heifer would ever do that. No experience of bullocks. Not really answering your question, but with heifers you would have the option of putting the better ones in calf.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Well I just rear them to 22 months and off to mart, my heifers last year were at 450kg LW at 20 months. Bought bulls calves last year to be bullocks shortly and trying to make up my mind on another batch of bull calves or what as I missed the bullock marts before Christmas to get an idea
