Charging me for your mistakes

    I recently logged onto 365 online to check my balance, it told me i had 30 euro so i spent it online. Now because of your mistake my account is -30 euro and ill have to pay overlimit charges on it.This was about a week or 2 after i had used my visa card to pay for anything so all charges should have already gone through . This bank is ridiculous. BTW There was no bill payments or anything to be taken out, i dont have any direct debits set up so this is clearly your error.
