HEPA Air Purifier or any air purifier

Hi all, I have been looking at this air purifier or anything similar for my kitchen - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hepa-Purifier-Ioniser-Remote-Control/dp/B00EG8DORS/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=YGQI761W5WO&coliid=I29HRC8XDFLNNL

Basically the problem in my kitchen is that we have a stove and everytime the stove is opened puffs of dust/ash/other bits come out of the stove and settles around the kitchen, on the table, on the counters, on the appliances etc. I have to thoroughly clean the kitchen every second day to keep the dust under control and really, if I had the time, it could probably be done everyday, otherwise the dust is almost like a film on everything.
I have chronic asthma so the dust isn't helping me at all and obviously, it looks awful and makes the kitchen look so dirty, when it's really not.

I'm just wondering would one of these or something similar help at all with the problem? Or maybe something completely different might be the right job?

    Thanks.
