Missing apps in App store

When searching for some apps recently, some of them didn't appear in the search results. I wonder if it is because they are not in the Irish store but may be in US one. Is it possible to search other stores without switching region or AppleID If the only way is with different ID, what happens when you install the app for…

If the only way is with different ID, what happens when you install the app for the original ID
Is there a way of getting at an advanced search criteria or am I stuck with what is presented?

No you have to switch id's. Anytime there is an update for that app you will have to sign in with the second id to update.
