A modern apartment with only 5 minutes walk from the flagpole of UL is looking to rent one of the bedroom with its own bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment.

All modern finishes with central heating, satellite television, Wifi , all utilities and parking all INCLUDED for 350euro per month! imagine having a warm warm room in the cold winter!!!

Room available on the 2nd week of Feb. Unfortunately due to apartment management company policy, only PHD, postdoc or professionals are acceptable.

Currently one male professional live in this 2 bedroom apartment.
