Paranoid?

    Hi,

For the last year certainly, I have experienced extreme paranoia this includes me double checking everything I say. It is as if I were talking to you now and I am not entirely sure of what I just said to you, like if I said something offensive to you unbeknownst to me, its almost as if I don't trust my own brain or mouth. Its a strange thing to describe. Another form of this 'paranoia' is where I am in a situation and I am always aware of the worst case scenario that can occur.

I would appreciate your views on this in terms of what this could be.

    Thanks for your help.
