J1 Florida - 2014

    Hey there, I'm still quite a bit, new on the concept of J1 Visa's and what they entail. I hope to apply for a J1 for Florida, I'll be staying with some friends there for the summer. I was wondering if people could explain what a J1 exactly 'is' and provide some helpful links to one for Florida if at all possible?

    Hi guys, I really want to do the J1 this summer as all my friends are doing it, but I don't have enough money or if I pay for it, I will definitely have no money. I don't have a job here, and I worry that I may not get a job in the US.

    Have any of you been in a similar situation? I really, really cant make up my mind of what to do and I need your help. Is it worth it? What kind of things should I be doing? Please, please help! Thank you.
