General Nursing- what exactly do you study??

    (This is a weird question, I know!!)
    Do you learn stuff like about the Krebs cycle, or enzymes or protons/electrons/neutrons, protein synthesis in cells etc.. Because I want to train as a nurse, but these above things confuse me!! (I study biology in school)

    It's touched on in scientific basic for nursing but not in too much detail..about the same level as HL biology
