If you're not bothered about waiting, have you looked on ebay/micksgagrage?

Google "Sortimo Ireland", they do van setups, they are quite expensive but their stuff is top notch. Few friends of mine got full custom setups done by them , but I'm almost certain they do the kind of stuff you're after too.
They have a few agents covering different areas so they will have a lad close enough to ye

ICT. Irish Coachbuilding and Trailer Supplies. Used to use these a few years ago, no idea if they're still in business. We'd just buy the stuff off them and fit it ourselves. Not cheap but top quality stuff.

Otherwise just go into a good trade hardware place, you'll find plenty of stuff. For a mat you can just as easily use a mat that you'd see inside the door of most shops or offices, get an oversized one a cut it to size.

It's a kangoo, so make sure you get the most important accessory for them - a good towrope. ICT are still in business, they're in Clondalkin.
