Does anyone know if it is possible to order a driver head by itself directly from the manufacturer, like for an X Hot or R11.

Don't know about a driver but tried before with TaylorMade wedges from McGuirks and they say it was't possible. That said could be just their supplier being awkward rather than it not being possible as the manufacturers such as TaylorMade make the irons with TrueTemper or KBS etc making the shafts. With drivers there are often agreements between the head manufacturers and shaft makers so perhaps you'd have to know someone in the industry to see what they could do.

Foregolf tweeted something the other day that they were the only ones around that can buy heads by themselves. Wether that is true or not I don't know.
