    House required for rent in Westport town within the next 6 weeks.

    Minimum 3 bed.
    In good condition.
    Max rent 750 a month.
    Garden preferred or at least access to enclosed yard.

    Thanks. Yeah, have been checking for weeks now. Those houses on daft in my price range but outside the town. Am looking specifically for one in the town.

    Maybe look for ones in the town for €800, and call up the ads that have been up a month or two, to see can you bargain down to €750?

    €150 a week, so between 600 and 750 a month?

    Couple of other houses that take rent by the week, and thus may not be on the "per month" list, so check the area with the map view?
