    Hi all,
Just want to see if anyone has had the same issue as me. I called upc to upgrade from a TV only package to try get a TV broadband bundle, as shown on their website the price should be 25 for 6 months and full price after that. The customer service rep claimed not to see this offer even after I talked her through how to navagate to the page containing it. I was busy in work so I told her I would call back later. When I checked the website an hour later the price had changed, now maybe I pointed out an error on their website but surely they should provide the service for the price shown instead of lying claiming not to see it. I have tried calling to complain and I was told a manager would call me back this has not happened, I sent in an email and I was told a response would be made within 2 days this also has not happened. Has anyone any ideas on how to contact someone in UPC who can resolve this without putting me through to someone else.

Is this the €25 deal you're referring to?
    http://www.upc.ie/deals/TvandBroadband/

The fact that you're an existing UPC customer disqualifies you from the 6-month introductory offer anyway so it probably makes no odds.

Na the offer was on the website for people who have TV only (see screen shot) but when I called to upgrade they claimed not to see the offer an hour later the page had been changed (see screen shot)

Can you get rid of the ringer volume thingy in the screenshot?

Post your query over in the "Talk to UPC" forum, the UPC reps may be able to clear it up - http://www.boards.ie/ttforum/1546
