had a phone interview with them before christmas which went really well and then i had a 4 hour sit down interview which consisted of 4 interviews with 2 people each time. I thought this went well and had to take a half day for it off work. its now the 16th of January and I havent heard anything. has anyone had any similar experiences with them?

When did you have the sit down interview ?
What level is the postion you applied for

This time of year you have a mixture of holidays ,year end and budgets that can eat into a managers availble time to close out on a hiring process.

I have had last interview to offer take 3 months before, a mixture of being 2nd choice candidate and waiting for 1st to fail to negotiate terms and turn down the role and the hiring manager having holidays and bussiness travel.

So chin up but I would keep your search going as if the role is not happening for you.

    Hi,
I'm curious too because I just applied for Customer Support Specialist role - 3 month contract (30 hours per week).
I applied online through IrishJobs.ie on Tuesday and got an email , actually 3 emails, today stating that I am invited to firstly complete a typing test, followed by an online interview which has to be completed by Wednesday 22nd Jan.
It then goes on to say 'Please note if successful following this video interview please ensure you are available for Assessment day on Wednesday, 29th January from 10:00 to 14:00.''

Anybody know what kind of questions will be asked? I'm going to do a google on it myself, I want to be as prepared as possible, :o

Wow that sounds like quite a grilling for a customer support role. It's definitely an employers market out there.

What are the different areas you get questioned on in the four interviews? Anyone know?
