As the title suggests, for the first 9 months of the year I was working part time for minimum wage, in september I went full time and began to pay paye, can I claim this paye back as I don't think I earned enough to pay it over the calendar year? When you get your P60 send it in to Revenue and request a P21 balancing statement.

at first glance ; if you had no otheer income apart from the 16k - yes you should be due a refund
