    Hello, I decided to sign up with eircom last dec to specifically get efibre. A technician called and connected a cable into the house and left stating another technician would have to come back and connect the efibre. Thats the last I have heard. I have contacted eircom over the last two weeks, have spoken to approx twenty different representatives..... still waiting... I am already starting to regret dealing with this company again... Any solutions would be helpful...regards

    I had a similar problem. The best solution I found when dealing with eircom is to get disconnected and go with someone else
