Help with using some old components for a pc build

Ok i was clearing out some cupboards today and came across some old stuff I forgot I had laying around namely a Intel q6600 cpu and 4GB of corsair xms2 ddr 2 memory.
I also have a MSI GTX 660 graphics card leftover from a recent upgrade to my main system.

What I want to do is build a pc that is as small as possible and as cheap as possible using theese parts so that it can sit under the tv and I can use my wireless kb with mouspad to control it. This pc would mostly be for watching films and veiwing internet content etc much like what the smart tv already does but far better and less buggy :P. Blueray would be a nice addition if cost isn't overly high and ssd but for fast startup only so can be tiny.

So can anyone help me build this thing?
