I've only had the phone a week and 3 times when I've picked it up, it's had a contact name and number on the screen, as if I'd had a missed call. Thing is, I've asked the people who supposedly rang and they didn't. One of the calls was at 7.45am from my work number, when nobody would have been on the premises. O2 tell me…

O2 tell me to send the phone away for repair but before I go down that route I wondered if anyone had any experience of this problem or knew if it could be fixed by an update or suchlike?
