Left of centre question on this. Which is worse. The effects of pepper spray or tear gas?
Genuine question. Got tear gassed in training in my youth three separate times and the article made me wonder which is the bigger irritant all thing being equal?

    Pepper spray, it stings bad.

When you see tear gas deployed people don't go into te fetal position and cry.

Pepper spray. A teammate of mine was pepper sprayed over in the UK after kicking off on a night out. His eyes were still raw days later.
