Hi I have been doing various courses and jobs over the years and finally decided Im going to do what I want. I would love to become a chef but cant seem to find where I could do a good course on it. Does anybody know of anywhere around Limerick , North Tipperary or even Dublin where I could get a recognised qualafication.…
