Every wrestling Fan loves a heel turn, It takes a guy we love and usually turns him instantly or over time into a Villan. Theres been many over the years but which one did you enjoy the most???

Ive tried to get as many as I can on the poll as I can, If your fav isnt there, then selct other and drop a comment in. I realise that theres loads of heel turns that were not on this poll (Trish Sides with Christian/ Goldberg joins Russo/ CM punks flattens The Rock)

    1. HULK HOGAN - Bash at the Beach
No one say it coming. The biggest Good guy in all of wrestling turns bad and forms the NWO with the Outsiders. As iconic as you can get. Put WCW back on the map!

    2. Steve Austin - WM X-7
Austin makes a deal with the Devil himself, Vince McMahon and wins the big one at WM thanks to help from Vinnie Mac in his home state.

    3. ECW guys join WCW - RAW 2001
One of my fav turns. I just didnt see it coming and it was epic. Probably the highlight of the Alliance/Invasion storyline for me.

    4. Shawn turns on Jannetty - WWF Superstars 92

One of the heel turns that stuck in my memory when I was younger. The sight of Jannetty getting smashed to through the window will always be an Iconic moment in the rise of HBK.

    5. Paul Bearer shuns the Undertaker - Summerslam 96

I remember being real surprised at this one as I remember it coming out of nowhere. Taker and Bearer had a great six year run together that came to an end at SummerSlam 1996. Taker reached for the Urn and Paul turned away, shocking stuff.

    6. Bret Hart turns on the fans - 96-97
A slow burner, Brets heel turn started slowly at the end of WM12, when he lost to HBK and eventually came full circle at WM13 when he wouldnt release SCSA from his sharpshooter. Over this year Bret grew bitter and tired of teh WWF and its US fans.

    7. Andre the Giant turns on Hulk Hogan - 1987
The angle started when Andre was presented a trophy for his 15-year undefeated streak only to have Hogan interrupt and receive a bigger trophy than the giant. Andre the Giant had finally had enough. After 15-years of remaining undefeated the giant finally wanted a WWE championship title match. It was no more Mr. Nice Guy as Andre not only associated himself with his arch enemy Bobby “The Brain” Heenan but ripped off Hulk Hogan’s cross on Piper’s Pit. Of course the two met in what is arguably the most epic WrestleMania match in history.

    8. Triple H and Chyna turn corporate - WM15

A double turn for Chyna. She rejoins Hunter by screwing Kane out of a victory and all is well Dx are back! Then later that night Hunter and Chyna run out to the aid of DX buddy Xpac and out of nowhere, Trips and Chyna help Shane-o-Mac to voctory and turn to the corporate side.

    9. Mr Wonderful aint so wonderful - SNME
He was Hogans best bud and after one Saturday Night Main Event, Hogans best friend became his worst enemy. One Heel turn that has been mirrored through out the years. Paul Orndorff went from Hulks partner to Anti Hogan.

    10. Owens jealousy gets the better of him - Royal rumble 94

Sick of playing second fiddle to Brother Bret, Owen lashes out at the Hitman after Bret "costs" Owen a tag team championship. Owen claimed Bret held him back and that he was the best there is and not The Hitman.

    11. The Rock sells out - Survivor Series 98

Its Survivor Series and The new hot star is kicking ass and when he gets to the Final, The Rock meets "the corporate champ", Mankind. Suddenly things are reverse and Vince helps The Rock win with a screw job finish mocking last years Screwjob. The Rock is actually McMahons guy.

    12. Macho Man Turns on Hulkamania

Macho Man grew jealous of tag team partner Hogans relationship with his woman, Miss Elizabeth. Eventually Randy Savage turned on Hogan and became the top bad guy in the company, Feuding with his former Mega Powers partner over the Title.

Although Hogans one is the most famous, my favourite one is Shawn Michaels bursting Marty Janetty.

That shocked me as a young boy, actually it scared the absolute gick outta me to be honest. It's still shocking today. Marty's limp body hanging there was so sad and realistic. It Sky rocketed Shawn to new heights and it only a shame that Jannetty could t stay on the straight and narrow with him, because he was a phenomenal wrestler himself.

Honorable mention: British Bulldog turns heel in 1995. Broke my little heart as a boy. Love him since day one and thought he was cool. Remember seeing him on the Den on RTE2 back in the day and all. His partner Lex Luger had just left and he needed someone to tag with against Men on a Mission and asked Diesel. Diesel accepted but Davey bashed him and joined Cornette. I was trying to be stubborn and stay loyal to Bulldog and said I don't care that he's bad now. But the he chopped off his hair and I started hating him!

Probably down to my tender age at the time but I remember being thoroughly shocked by the Islanders joining the Heenan family
    Voted for HBK here though

My fav personally was The Barber Shop segemnt with Shawn/Marty/Beefcake. I always loved The Rockers and it broke little beakerjoes heart. I was taken in by there apparent patching things up only for my heart to sink as they not only brokek up but for Marty to be battered in such a way and thrown through teh window of the Barber Shop. My disgust for Shawn was unbelievable and he was an instant super heel in my eyes.

Bah gawd, little beakerjoe never saw it coming.

I liked Owen/Bret. Started getting back into wrestling and watched it unfold at the Survivor Series with the Hart Family V Shawn Michaels and his knights.

    I voted for Hogan.

Maybe another honorable mention is Vince himself...."Bret screwed Bret".

Hogan's turn was the biggest by any measuring stick I can think of. Rockers split and Owen Hart's were both well done for me. Punk's first heel turn was well done (if a bit morally gray).

As a kid I was quite despondent at turns by Tatanka and Crush... no justification for that I know. :)

An honourable emntion to the 123 Kid who turned on Razor to join the Million Dolloar Man and his Corporate faction.

Michaels on Jannety was the 1st big major heel turn that i remember Hogan's one happened in WCW which i hadn't access to when it happend ..But looking back on it i found it hilarious all the fans throwing stuff at them in the ring

Oddly enough no mention of any heel turns in the last 13 or so years.
