I need a PCB printed for my college project but my college can only print 100x160mm and I need 120x140mm. Is there anywhere in Ireland(Dublin preferably) That I can get a pcb printed? Or if not Ireland, can you recommend anywhere that won't take months to arrive?

When you say printed? Are you looking for a flex pcb? Or are you looking to get a standard pcb fabricated? How many layers?

Custom pcb are quite good, but your approaching Chinese New Year, so might take slightly longer. These guys normally turn stuff around quickly, less than a week. Usually about €80 for minimum order. If your sending a board out your probably best getting 2 or 3.

With Chinese new year coming up you might have better luck in the west. You could try contact Marcin in beso (Poland)

Do you have Gerber's or are you hoping to get help with the layout too?

For 1 off use Beta-Layout - CAM is in Shannon Manuf in Germany or china - use their on-line price calculator to get a price.

I've heard good things about OSHPark. Seems cheap enough judging by their price guide.

No chance you could rejig your board design to reduce the size, or split it in two and stack them with header pins?

I only suggest this as it'll save you money and a few weeks lead time.
