Dehumidifier running cost?

    Noticing quite a bit of mold appearing on walls around bedroom and bathroom windows lately. Used HG mold remover and turned radiators on more to try reduce it. Girlfriend has also been sneezing a lot lately in the house so thinking of trying a dehumidifier (this one). It says power consumption of 390-620 Watts so I'm just trying to figure out how much this should cost to run. I'm not even sure how long it would need to run for each day. Any ideas?

    I have used a humidifier in my property for the last 3 years.

    I find it great, I leave the device running all the time and the power usage is negligible, with any increased costs offset by the lower heating bills, improved comfort and the ancillary benefits like clothes, towels & washed floors drying easily.
    I also use it in the summer when we get warm, humid weather because it acts like air conditioning, without the cooling, so makes the house more comfortable then too.

    The only downside I can think of is the fact that they produce noise, but that's not a problem for me because I soon got used to the background hum, I find it almost comforting now, and find it cancels out external noises like neighbours etc.

    This is the model I use currently;

    I had a dehumidifier before like the one you linked and I prefer the current one because it has a much larger tank.

    Thanks for the reply. The reasons I was looking at the one I linked is because it is a desiccant and they are supposedly better suited to working in colder houses (i.e. our weather). Is yours a desiccant?
