Old dose bottles/unused dose bottles

    Just wondering what ye do with unused and old dose bottles is there special place to take them?

    Just wondering what ye do with unused and old dose bottles is there special place to take them?

    I bring them to the dump with other rubbish anyway, what to do with empty injection bottles is a question I'd like to ask anyone in the know also

    I think the vets are obliged to take them back for disposal.

    Your meant to keep all medicines in a locked cabinet and have two yellow medical waste boxes, one for sharps and one for empty medicine bottles. When the boxes get full the vet disposes of them for you for about a 10 a kg. you then keep the receipt for your records. It's what I had to do for inspection anyway.

    The dosing bottles are to be triple rinsed and then can be brought with your silage plastic recycling depot

    not sure if they are referring to spay bottles or dose bottle here though

    Holy sh1t.

    Ask the vet. It's just two boxes you throw your stuff into. Inspector will want to see your remedies records in blue book and then a few bottles.
