Access favourite channels on Horizon?

Hi
Have Horizon HD service
Went to settings and set my favourite channels and confirmed them.
Now how do I access them using my remote?

Likewise re-ordered channels and confirmed but they're still in the original order

Any advice appreciated

favourites are at the start of the normal guide, no specific Favorites view.

The Favourites functionality seems very hit and miss.

The old UPC UI allowed you to switch between My Favourites and an All Channels view in both the Guide and when using the Channel rocker button on the remote. I don't see this functionality in Horizon.

I have saved and re-ordered about 15 TV channels as My Favourites. When I use the rocker button, one of three things can happen:

- I cycle through just those 15 channels, with no obvious way to switch to an All Channels view
- I cycle through a mix of my favourites and other channels that are not my favourites
- I cycle through every single TV and Radio channel available in the package, with no way to see just my Favourites

All three of these happened to me this morning as I flicked up and down the channels. I have no idea why.

Agree 100%, the new system isn't a patch on the old one.

The only foolproof method I can see to scroll through your favourites is to manually select one of them, then use the large up and down buttons (not the channel up and down buttons) to scroll through them, there should be a star visible beside the channel name showing that it's one of your favourites.

On the Horizon box do the following:

At any channel Press OK.

You should see either

ENABLE FAVOURITE VIEW or

DISABLE FAVOURITE VIEW

With the CH button you can navigate either through your Favourite chanels or All channels.
